Course Goals (acquired competencies): Upon finishing the course it is expected that the student will be able to design and implement user oriented telecommunications services.
Subject of the course content: Design process of telecommunication services. Telecommunication services building blocks: network infrastructure, system services, and operational support. Implications due to introduction of new services: network aspects, system aspects and operational aspects. From order to implementation of telecommunication networks and services. Network and service management. Strategies for implementation of telecommunication services. Service integration. Service launch. Service withdrawal, migration and termination.
