The University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje (UKIM) traditionally marks November 10, World Science Day for Peace and Development. On this occasion, UKIM presents awards to the best scientists and artists for exceptional achievements in science and the arts over the past year. In addition to these awards, this year the University also presented plaques to eight UKIM professors in recognition of their special contributions to the development of research activities, as well as the internationalization and promotion of the University. The plaques are awarded for exceptional career achievements, including the publication of more than 100 scientific papers affiliated with the University and indexed in the Web of Science database. Among the recipients of this outstanding recognition is Assoc. Prof. Hristijan Gjoreski from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies (FEEIT). We proudly note that Assoc. Prof. Gjoreski, through his research work, continually contributes to the international recognition and visibility of UKIM and FEEIT. We congratulate Prof. Gjoreski on the award and wish him even greater scientific achievements in the future.
