A meeting was held between Prof. Dr. Vladimir Martinovski, Dean of the “Blaže Koneski” Faculty of Philology (FLF), and Prof. Dr. Vladimir Atanasovski, Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies (FEEIT), as part of the collaboration between the two faculties on the “Koneski Virtual Museum” project, funded by the Ministry of Education and Science. The primary goal of the project is the digitalization of the invaluable archival material left by the Macedonian luminary Blaže Koneski in the archives of the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts (MANU). This material will be utilized for scientific research and made accessible to the general public through the design and implementation of a virtual museum.
The discussion focused on the technical aspects of the project, specifically the digitalization of the archive, the importance of appropriate security of the data, and plans for the development of the digital platform that will house the virtual museum. The Dean of FEEIT confirmed the faculty’s commitment to the successful realization of the project. On his part, Dean Martinovski expressed his satisfaction with the long-standing cooperation between the two faculties and his confidence that this partnership will continue to be nurtured and expanded in the future.
