We are proud that our students had the opportunity to showcase their innovative projects at the Creative Industries Fair, held on November 25-26 at the “Laboratory” educational and cultural center. The event, organized with support from the Ministry of Culture, serves as a platform for presenting innovations, creative solutions, and technologies that contribute to the development of creative industries in our country.
Our students demonstrated their creativity and technological expertise through projects that combine engineering, art, and sustainability:
- Inverted Pendulum – presented by students Ilija Mižimakoski, Magdalena Mandalova, and Angela Sekulovska.
This project features a real model of an inverted pendulum as a test bench for implementing and testing various control and stabilization algorithms for nonlinear systems. It represents one of the most significant and fascinating examples of automatic control systems, managed in this case by a PID algorithm. - Robby – Human-Robot Interaction System, a graduation project by our colleague Jovana Mihajloska.
The Robby system is designed for vocal interaction between humans and robots, aimed at engaging with children by telling stories and asking questions. The children’s responses influence the progression of the story. - Obstacle Detection Glasses – presented by students Ana Sofronievska and Daniela Stojcheska.
These glasses for obstacle avoidance enable blind and visually impaired individuals to navigate urban environments safely, reducing the risk of collisions with obstacles in their path. - Electronic Chessboard – developed as part of a graduation project by our colleague Dejan Pejčinoski.
The electronic chessboard integrates advanced sensors and algorithms to ensure precise recording of every move, providing instant updates to a computer system for monitoring the game.
These projects represent just a fraction of the potential that young engineers from FEEIT bring to the field of technological development and innovation.
Congratulations to all participants for their successful presentations, and a big thank you to the organizers for the opportunity to be part of this inspiring event.
