On November 13, 2024, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies (FEEIT) hosted a larger group of high school students from the “Orce Nikolov” High School in Skopje. The students, along with their teachers from STEM fields, were welcomed by the representatives of the Center for New Students at FEEIT and greeted by the Dean of FEEIT, Prof. Vladimir Atanasovski.
The head of the Center, Prof. Maja Celeska Krstevska, briefly presented the opportunities for studying and the academic programs at FEIT. Afterwards the students visited several of the FEEIT laboratories and had the chance to get acquainted with the teaching staff and get an overview of the equipment available at FEEIT. The impressions were mutually positive, and we parted with the note that FEEIT remains open to high school students. We are looking forward to future collaboration to enhance their skills and to welcome them in our classrooms as students of FEEIT.
