10. Course Goals (acquired competencies):

To understand the e-business models. To understand the benefits of the e-business to the company. To apply the e-business technologies. To create an e-commerce business plan.

11. Course Syllabus:

E-commerce business models and concepts. E-commerce infrastructure: the internet, web, and mobile platform. Building an e-commerce presence: websites, mobile sites, and apps. E-commerce security and payment. e-commerce marketing and advertising concepts. Social, mobile, and local marketing. Advanced e-business applications.

Lectures supported by presentations, interactive lectures, teamwork, case studies, invited guest lecturers, self-study, projects, e-learning.
