10. Course Goals (acquired competencies): Course objective is to develop students project management skills The course will equip students with the tools and techniques for project management by applying methodologies for estimating projects, planning, tracking and retrospective project reviews. On the end students will develop digital project management skill and will learn how to work in new online environment.
11. Course Syllabus: General features and characteristics of the projects. Project management. Project management phases. . Project parameters. Project planning. Business plan. Principles, roles and techniques of project management Learning from projects. Manage the people, time and financial resources that are required to deliver successful projects
Learn how to use contemporary digital technologies, including project management software
Develop the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels

20. Forms of assessment The final grade will be determined based on two written exam. Two partial written exams (lasting 90 minutes) can be provided during the semester or one written exam in the planned exam sessions(duration 120 minutes).
During the exam it is not allowed to use books, scripts, manuscripts or notes of any kind, mobile phone, tablet or any other electronic device.
