The Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies (FEEIT) is the first and only higher-education institution in the country with international accreditation of its seven study programs at First Cycle of studies. The international accreditation of FEEIT’s study programs at First Cycle has been conducted by ASIIN – a German agency for accreditation of study programs in the field of technical sciences, information technology (IT), natural science and mathematics.
With this accreditation, FEEIT has confirmed its European orientation and has proven its quality via the structure and content of the study programs, the teaching methodology, working conditions, the quality faculty, its science and research performance as well as the applied quality control mechanisms. In addition, ASIIN, which is authorized by the European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education (ENAEE) that provides the European Certificate EUR-ACE for engineering study programs in the process of international accreditation, has granted FEEIT this certificate. Hence, FEEIT’s diplomas have become officially recognized and acknowledged in Europe as a whole.
Furthermore, the EUR-ACE Certificate provides FEEIT’s current and students-to-be with the following:
- Guarantee that FEEIT’s study programs meet the high European and international standards acknowledged by European employers;
- Alleviate the application process at master’s studies at other higher-education institutions in Europe;
- Enables them to become authorized engineers in countries where the engineering profession is regulated.
