The Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje has promoted 180 new graduate engineers and 40 master’s degree holders. At the ceremony held at the Macedonian Philharmonic, it was emphasized that this event symbolizes effort, dedication, perseverance, and both personal and collective achievement.

The Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, Professor Dr. Vladimir Atanasovski, in his address to the graduates and master’s degree recipients, stressed that this day is “not the end of an important chapter in your lives, but the beginning of a new journey—into a time of dynamic changes, new technologies, and global challenges. With the knowledge, skills, and critical thinking you have gained, you are ready to step into a world in constant transformation—a world of artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, renewable energy, advanced communication systems, and digital security.”

According to Atanasovski, the future is not something to wait for passively—it is something we build. “You are the ones who will shape it. With every line of code you write, every electronic system you design, every algorithm you optimize, and every network you secure—you will be creating the future. And not just for yourselves, but for the generations to come and for society as a whole.”

At the ceremony, awards were presented to students Renata Pavlovska and Jana Vidanovska, who completed their studies with a perfect GPA of 10.00. But FEEIT is not just an educational institution that transmits knowledge—it is also a research and innovation center that creates knowledge. An institution that opens the doors to the future, not only through teaching, but also through projects, laboratories, scientific papers, and mentoring.

According to Professor Dr. Lazo Pendovski, Vice-Rector for Finance, Investments, and Development at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, FEEIT is a synonym for knowledge, where generations of engineers, researchers, and visionaries are formed—individuals who are shaping and transforming the technological landscape of our country and beyond. Over the years, the Faculty has not only maintained its leading role in education and science, but has continuously moved forward—keeping pace with modern trends and setting new standards. In this era of rapid technological change, FEEIT remains a compass guiding future engineers toward responsibility, creativity, and innovation.

“I am extremely proud that FEEIT is sending off a new generation of young people who are ready to lead technological progress. Your knowledge is not only technical—you have been trained to think critically, to solve problems, to work in teams, and to create innovations that will change the world. But remember, your journey does not end with your diplomas today—it begins a new, even more exciting phase of your life. New opportunities, challenges, and responsibilities await you, along with new chances to build a better society. Build a society based on knowledge, sustainability, and respect,” said Pendovski in his address to the graduates and master’s degree holders.
