A team of professors from FEEIT participated at the Review meeting of the TRANSIT project. This meeting was held in the historic Palacio de las Artes y la Industria building in Madrid. It was organized by Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
TRANSIT (TRANSITion to sustainable future through training and education) is a project funded by the European Union under the program Horizon Europe. The project aims to provide sustainable training and re-skilling programmes for current and future generations in renewable energy and sustainability through a multidisciplinary approach. UKIM, via the FEEIT team, is a partner participating in the project.
Prof. Aleksandra Krkoleva Mateska delivered a lecture on “Exploring Demand Side Management aspects in Smart Grids” at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. This session was part of a training program for academics and industry professionals titled “Towards Sustainable and Carbon-Neutral Power Systems: from Theory to Implementation,” organized by the TRANSIT project.
