The Jubilary 30th International Conference on Systems, Signals and Image Processing, IWSSIP 2023, was held in the ancient city of Ohrid, N. Macedonia, a UNESCO world heritage site, in the period June 27-29th 2023. The Conference was organized by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies (FEEIT) at the Ss Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE and IEEE North Macedonia Section. IWSSIP 2023 follows the successful IWSSIP events previously held in 13 different countries and for the first time comes to North Macedonia.

254 authors from 16 countries from 5 continents took part in IWSSIP 2023, presenting 74 scientific papers focusing on image and video processing, biomedical signal processing, audio and speech processing, multimedia, networks, wireless communications, machine learning, power and security, and a Special Session on Radars and Remote Sensing.
