On March 5th, the first thematic roundtable on experience exchange in the energy sector between relevant stakeholders from North Macedonia and Romania was held at INNOFEIT. The event brought together academic representatives from FEEIT and the University of Constanța, business sector representatives, transmission operators, and regulators. As an EU member state, Romania shared its experiences regarding the development of the power system and the integration of renewable energy sources. An intensive discussion took place on current challenges and opportunities for joint solutions in the future. The roundtable was also supported by the Embassy of Romania in North Macedonia, with the presence of the ambassador and her deputy. On the sidelines of the roundtable, meetings were held between representatives of UKIM (the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Prof. Aleksandar Skeparovski), the University of Constanța, the Romanian CITYINNOHUB, and INNOFEIT EDIH. These meetings resulted in the signing of agreements and memorandums of cooperation and understanding between the involved stakeholders.
