The Ministry of Energy, Mining, and Mineral Resources and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies (FEEIT) at the “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, strengthening the link between higher education, science, and industry in the fields of electrical energy and new technologies. The memorandum was signed by the Minister of Energy, Mining, and Mineral Resources, Sanja Bozhinovska, and the Dean of FEEIT, Prof. Dr. Vladimir Atanasovski.
This Memorandum deepens the collaboration between the Ministry and FEEIT in the field of electrical engineering and information technologies, with a particular focus on fostering research and preparing highly qualified professionals who will contribute to the transformation of the energy sector and the adoption of sustainable energy practices in the industry.
Following the signing of the Memorandum, a meeting was held with FEIT students, during which Minister Bozhinovska and Dean Prof. Atanasovski discussed with the students their current activities, opportunities, and challenges they might face in the future.
“Our goal is clear—to offer you work that will truly challenge your knowledge and creativity, so you stay here and contribute to your country. I am confident that it is from you, your ideas, and your enthusiasm, that innovations shaping the energy sector in Macedonia will emerge,” emphasized Minister Bozhinovska during the meeting with the students.
