Workshop on Power-to-X Technologies Successfully Held

Објавено: January 14, 2026

A hands-on workshop using the Horizon Energy Box was successfully conducted at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, targeting fourth-year undergraduate students. The workshop was organized within the framework of the bilateral project “Possibilities for the Implementation of Power-to-X (PtX) Technologies in the Energy Transition Process,” with the aim of enhancing students’ practical knowledge and skills in the field of modern energy technologies. During the workshop, students had the opportunity to become familiar with:

  • the concepts and applications of Power-to-X (PtX) technologies,
  • hydrogen production and utilization as an energy carrier,
  • modeling of simple energy systems and micro-scale applications,
  • hands-on experimentation using the Horizon Energy Box equipment.

The workshop contributed to a stronger connection between theoretical knowledge and practical implementation, while also fostering student interest in future-oriented energy technologies. In addition, a few photos from the event are attached.
