9. Course Prerequisites
10. Course Goals (acquired competencies):

Following the completion of the course the students will have knowledge of the basic legal institutes, the legal framework of the intellectual property and the IP rights related to the business and the projects.

11. Course Syllabus:

Legal framework of the trade, contract law and intellectual property law in the Republic of Macedonia and the EU Law. Basics of e-commerce. Definition of contract, negotiations, conclusion of contracts (offer and acceptance of offer). Public Procurment Contracts. Sytem fo Intellectual Property (Copyright and Industrial Property Rights). Bussines methods and data bases as an object of protection. Explotation of IP rights (licencing and technology transfer)
