10. Course Goals (acquired competencies):

Study of the latest methods and technologies for the development and implementation of digital and intelligent services and applications.

11. Course Syllabus:

Design of communication services . Building blocks of telecommunications service: network infrastructure, system services, operational support. Advanced technologies for the development of ICT solutions. IoT. Web-based IoT. Intelligent IoT, Blockchain for IoT data Edge, cloud, mobile computing. Industry 4.0. AR/VR. Virtualization., Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). Implications of the introduction of new services: network aspects, system aspects, operational aspects. Implementation of user network and services. Network and Services Management. Strategies for service implementation. Integration of the service in the telecommunications system. Starting a service. Withdrawal, migration and termination of telecommunications service. Integrated services and applications: Smart cities, E-government, Digital Agriculture, Digital Health.

Lectures; independent study and presentation of papers from journals and conference proceedings; independent study and presentation of practical examples from the field; interactive discussions.
