Student will be able to understand what makes a process innovative, and he/she will be able to recognize such processes within the project. Student will gain knowledge of ICT tools for management of such processes. |

Trends and innovation. Dual role of ICT in innovative projects. Principles and metrics for evaluation of innovative solutions. Possibilities for introduction of innovation in different organization structures. Traditional and agile approach for management of innovative projects: principles, differences and advantages. Team management for innovation driven projects. ICT tools for project management suitable for innovation projects. |
