Course Goals (acquired competencies): Candidates will be capable to conduct research and to develop applications in the area of ICT for smart society. Students will learn and perform case studies related to the smart environment.
Course Syllabus: Devices and communication protocols for smart society. Programming of distributed objects using web services. Programing frontend, backend, middleware and micro-services of IST solutions for smart society. Acquisition, processing and collecting sensor data for smart devices. ICT integration in sustainable systems (homes, transportation, health, energy).
