10.    Course Goals (acquired competencies):  Organized and scientific approach in learning projects and practical skills for planning, organizing, leading and controlling. The students will be trained for project selection and their technical and economical evaluation.

11.    Course Syllabus: Defining the project as undertaking. General features and characteristics of the projects. Project management. Project management phases. The project need and the project mission. Project parameters. Project planning. Business plan. Project organization and project teams. Project manager. Leading and controlling the project. Economic project issues. Technical project issues. Project portfolio. Project management of the real projects. Learning from projects.

12.    Learning methods:  Lectures supported by presentations, exercises and visiting the real projects in power engineering, expert’s lectures from the industry and practice, development of project and business plan.

19.    Conditions for acquiring teacher’s signature and for taking final exam Development of project and business plan.
20.  Forms of assessment The final grade will be determined based on two written exam. Two partial written exams (lasting 90 minutes) can be provided during the semester or one written exam in the planned exam sessions(duration 120 minutes).
During the exam it is not allowed to use books, scripts, manuscripts or notes of any kind, mobile phone, tablet or any other electronic device
